Welcome to US Packagings LLC. We design and manufacture custom printed packaging and boxes. This page explains the rules for using our website and ordering from us. Please read it before you place an order.
By using uspackagingsllc.com or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms. Please do not use our website or services if you disagree with our terms.
These terms may be changed at any time. We may not always send notice. Check back now and then. By using our site after a change, you accept the new Terms.
1. Who We Are
US Packagings LLC is a custom boxes and packaging manufacturer based in Missouri. We help brands to design, manufacture and print custom packaging and boxes. “We,” “us” and “our” on this page refers to US Packagings LLC. “You” means you, the person, company or other entity that is using our site or ordering from us.
2. Your Account
Some parts of our site may require an account. If you do, keep your login details private. Every action on your account is your responsibility. If you think it is being used by somebody else, tell us straight away.
3. Quotes and Orders
Quotes we give you are estimates. Your artwork, materials, quantity, and finishing options determine the price. We don’t confirm an order until we accept it and you have approved your proof.
Prices may change due to material costs, labor costs, or supplier pricing. We’ll always let you know before charging anything extra.
4. Artwork and Proofing
Good artwork makes good boxes. Here’s what we ask from you:
- Files should be CMYK, not RGB. We are not responsible for RGB to CMYK color shifts.
- Best quality at minimum DPI 300 at print size.
- Artwork Guidelines. Guidelines provided with your quote. Please do follow this.
We will send you a digital final proof before production. Check it carefully. That is what is printed once you give your approval. Errors in spelling, layout, dimensions, or color that were present in the approved proof are not our responsibility.
Screen proofs show layout and design. They don’t guarantee an exact color match. Screen and print colors vary by monitor, materials, and printing methods. If color accuracy matters a lot to you, ask us about a hardcopy proof before production.
5. Material and Product Notes
Unless we’ve told you otherwise in writing, our paper and cardstock materials are not food-grade. If you need food-safe packaging, tell us in writing before you order. This may affect pricing and lead time.
Small variations are normal in this industry:
- Minor cracking along creased or folded lines in paperboard is expected and not considered a defect.
- Dimensions, print layout, and finishing may vary by a small percentage from your original spec—this is standard across the packaging industry, not a manufacturing error.
- Quantities may run slightly over or under what you ordered. If an exact count matters for your project, let us know and order a small buffer.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
Plans change. We understand. Since materials and labor are committed, canceling production is harder and more expensive. For full fee details by stage, see our Cancellation Policy. Here’s a rough idea of how it works, depending on what stage your order is in:
Stage | What’s going on | Price to cancel |
1. Place order | Submitted – not reviewed yet | A (small) processing fee applies. |
2. Design/preparation | Our team is working on your files | Partial fee – for work already done in the design stage |
3. In production. | Started printing or manufacturing | Higher fee – includes materials and labor used |
4. Shipped | The order is en route to you. | Cannot be cancelled |
We’ll always tell you the exact cancellation cost before we charge it, based on where your order stands.
7. Payments
We accept the payment methods listed at checkout or shared by our sales team. Production doesn’t start until payment clears. For approved business accounts with invoice terms, payment is due by the date on your invoice. Late payments may carry a small late fee—we’ll spell this out on your invoice.
8. Shipping and Delivery
We use trusted third-party couriers and freight partners to ship. Delivery dates we give you are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen — weather, customs, carrier issues — and these are outside our control.
We’ve written a full Shipping Policy with more detail on timelines, costs, and international orders. That page will always be the source of truth for shipping questions.
9. Returns and Refunds
Our return policy is not the same as off the shelf products. Each of the boxes we make are custom made for you. See our Refund Policy page for full details on how to report any damage, defects or problems with your order and the next steps.
FYI, if we make a mistake, we’ll fix it. Give us a call and we’ll walk you through it.
10. Your Content and Design
When you send us artwork, logos or designs it tells us two things; You have either the rights to that content or you have permission to use it. It does not infringe the copyright, trademark or other legal right of any person or entity.
By sending us your files, you give us permission to use them — but only to produce your order. We won’t use your designs for our marketing unless you say it’s okay.
You’re responsible for what you send us. If your content causes a legal problem for us — like a copyright claim — you agree to cover the costs that come from that.
11. Things You Can’t Do
Please don’t use our site or services to:
- Upload any content which is illegal, obscene, threatening or harmful.
- Infringe the copyright, trademark or privacy of another person.
- Try to hack, disrupt or overload our systems.
- Our site and content cannot be copied, sold, or used without permission. Policies compromised by orders being denied or accounts being suspended.
12. Our Website Content
All text, images, layout, logo and design on uspackagingsllc.com are the property of US Packagings LLC unless otherwise stated. Feel free to browse and use the site for your own ordering needs. You may not copy, republish or reuse our content for commercial purposes without asking us first.
13. No Guarantees
We try to process every order correctly. The site may contain errors or may not always be available. Our site and services are provided “as is”. We make no representations beyond what is clearly stated in these Terms.
14. Our Liability
You may not sue us for damages that are not direct, such as lost profits or business, from your use of our Site or products. If something does go wrong and we’re found responsible, our total liability won’t exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.
This doesn’t limit anything the law says we can’t limit.
15. You Cover Us, Too
If a claim comes up because of something you did—misuse of the site, content you sent us, or breaking these Terms—you agree to cover our reasonable legal costs defending against it.
16. Governing Law
The laws of the State of Missouri, USA govern these Terms. Missouri courts will resolve any dispute, unless otherwise provided by law.
17. If Something in Here Doesn’t Hold Up
If a court finds any of these Terms to be invalid, the remaining Terms will continue to apply. And we will act as if it were removed or changed to the minimum needed. Everything else is normal.
18. Questions? Talk to Us.
We’re a small, real team — not a wall of legal text. If anything here is unclear, ask.
